Decided to grab dinner on a Saturday evening. The restaurant is small and has a simplistic decor. Me and my plus one were immediately seated. We ordered edamame and chicken karaage for our appetizers. The edamame came out first, then the karaage. The chicken were cuts of thigh meat, which were juicy and not overcooked. It was a nice touch that it came with a shishito pepper. I ordered the NY tan tan men, which is their vegan option. I normally eat meat, but I wanted to try something different. You can ask for some shichimi togarashi (Japanese red pepper) and chili oil if you want to add more spice to your ramen. The one thing I might switch out next time is getting the regular noodles instead of the kale noodles as it had a slightly bitter taste. Our waiter was super attentive and frequently refilled our drinks and checked up on us. Service and food were great with a reasonable price. I'd definitely come back again.

This restaurant is located at the very corner of a plaza and is very much a small restaurant; the restaurant can probably seat no more than 20 people max. However, we came on a Thursday evening and were seated immediately. They have a small ramen selection with the typical flavors you would find at any ramen restaurant. For the appetizer, we ordered the set of 6 Gyoza, which had a pork filling. We waited no more than 10 minutes for it, and it was steaming hot and crispy. I'm not sure if they make the gyoza in-house, but we give the Gyoza a 4.5 out of 5. My husband ordered the Classic Shoyu Ramen and I ordered the Miso Ramen, both with extra noodles. When we got our order, the server told us they would give us the extra noodles in 10 minutes. I'm not sure why ramen places serve extra noodles later, but nonetheless, we were both pleasantly surprised by how delicious the ramen broths were! The Miso Ramen has shredded ginger, which gave the broth a lemony-refreshing taste; this would be the perfect broth to eat when you are sick! Also, the pork chasiu, egg, and sprouts were cooked perfectly. I give the Miso Ramen a 5 out of 5. The Classic Shoyu Ramen had a flavorful broth as well; not too salty but full of flavor and the toppings were tasty as well. We give the Classic Shoyu a 5 out of 5. The extra noodles we ordered ended up being more than we could eat, so the next time we come back, we will opt out of ordering extra noodles. We definitely recommend this spot for decent ramen in the Southwest area!

Shogun Ramen truly delivers a top-notch ramen experience. The broth boasts a flavorful depth that's genuinely satisfying, and the texture of the ramen noodles hits the mark perfectly. Couple that with impeccable service, and you're in for a treat. The ambiance exudes a laid-back vibe, making it a comfortable spot to indulge in some hearty noodles. If you're on the hunt for authentic and delicious ramen, Shogun Ramen comes highly recommended.

Perfect!! This place is a hidden gem in the SW. The staff was amazing. They went over the menu and explained the different types of ramen. It was fun! Very calm and nice little restaurant.

Omg.! Blown away by the ramen.! I got the SHOGUN RAMEN, and wow! They definitely know what they are doing here.! It was sooooo falvorful , the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the broth was by far one of the best.! I will for sure be back to this place.! I also got the spicy edamame which was also a super dish.! Definitely worth the 5 stars.

If you want bomb ramen but don't want to drive all the way to Chinatown, this is your spot. It's a bit tucked away in the corner of the strip mall and features about 10 tables inside. I'd recommend doing take out if they're super slammed. I've tried a few different ramens and apps before and they've all been great. My favorite is the shogun signature. It's creamy and delicious. I also really enjoy the new apps they added. The chicken was my favorite. Overall a very solid option with quick and friendly service!

I checked this place out when they just opened months ago but wasn't too impressed. Went back yesterday and I was blown away. It was so good. I got the shogun ramen. The broth is so tasty but not too salty. Love the umami taste. The egg was done properly love the taste and consistency. Service is fast. No wait but constant diners coming in. Will definitely be back

Their ramen is great! Very flavorful and great body. Their pork slices are generous and tender. Really solid bowl of ramen! Their takoyaki is lacking. The texture is off and has more of a hush puppy feel and their thick truffle cheese shavings that is just placed on top was off putting. Didn't go together well and should be melted on top if that's the route they want to go. Otherwise the flakes just fall right off and the flavors don't jive. Their tiramisu was good! Something different and light! Good spot to check out if you're in this part of town!

I wanted to check out the Ramen scene in Vegas and decided on Shogun Ramen due to the hype of their noodles and broth. I went with two other friends and we all got the classic Shogun Ramen. Solid choice if you're not sure what to get. The broth is rich and has an additional umami kick to it giving it more flavor. The noodles you could tell were freshly made in-house as well. Our server did great on answering our questions and providing quality service! The cute decorative spoon on the pen for check signing was a nice touch to end the meal. If you're having trouble deciding on a ramen shop around town, I highly recommend Ramen Shogun. Would definitely come back again when I'm in Vegas!

It's been a long time since we visited a ramen place and we chose to go check out Shogun Ramen. Close to my boyfriend's house and right smack dab on Blue Diamond and Decatur, is in the Albertsons parking lot tucked away in the corner next to Teriyaki Madness. Shogun is a smaller restaurant with limited seating. Takeout is suggested if it gets packed. My boyfriend and I walked in and we were able to get a seat quickly since it wasn't too busy. After looking over the menu, we decided to share two appetizers - a thing of Gyoza (6 pcs) and a thing of Karaage (6 pcs). The Gyoza and the Karaage were abundant and very flavorful. We then ordered two Shoyu Ramen dishes, one for myself and one for my boyfriend, both with an egg added in. I think this was the best ramen that I've ever had in a while. It had the perfect flavor to it and the egg added in made it even better. Ramen is always the best with eggs! I loved the cute spoon art when we got our checks. Mine was Isabelle from Animal Crossing and my boyfriend's was Batman, which was appropriate because he is a huge Batman fan. We loved Shogun and we're looking forward to our next visit. Bonus: Shogun Ramen was my 1,000th overall check-in on Yelp!
